Export dangerous goods certificate

The dangerous goods certificate is divided into the "Inspection Results of Packaging Performance for Entry and Exit Goods" and the "Identification Results of Packaging Use for Exit Dangerous Goods Transportation". The processing procedure is as follows:

Packaging performance inspection: Select enterprises with hazardous material packaging production qualifications to produce packaging containers. Packaging production enterprises shall apply for a code from the customs under their jurisdiction, and apply for performance inspection from the customs of the place of origin as required. After passing the inspection, the customs shall issue a "Certificate of Performance Inspection Results for Import and Export Goods Packaging".

Packaging use identification: Dangerous goods production enterprises apply for use identification to the customs of the place of origin, and need to provide materials such as the "Certificate of Classification and Identification of Hazardous Characteristics" and the "Inspection Results of Packaging Performance for Entry Exit Goods". The customs will conduct on-site inspections to ensure that the packaging type, specifications, etc. meet the requirements. After passing the identification, they will issue the "Identification Results Form for the Use of Export Dangerous Goods Transport Packaging", which is the dangerous goods certificate.


 

Export customs clearance form

The national quality supervision, inspection and quarantine institutions will issue exit clearance documents for export goods listed in the "Catalogue of Import and Export Commodities Subject to Inspection and Quarantine by Entry Exit Inspection and Quarantine Institutions". The processing procedure is as follows:

● Fill out the inspection form: When applying for exit inspection, the exit goods inspection form should be filled out, and necessary documents such as foreign trade contracts, letters of credit, invoices, packing lists, etc. should be provided.

● Submit relevant documents: Based on the specific situation of the goods, other documents as required, such as export quality permits and health registration, should be provided with relevant certificates; Those who apply for inspection of dangerous goods for export must provide the performance appraisal results of the dangerous goods packaging container and the use appraisal results.

Customs inspection and evaluation: Customs directly evaluates goods that do not require inspection or submission for inspection according to system inspection requirements, and evaluates goods that require inspection after on-site inspection.

● Issuing customs clearance documents: For those assessed as qualified, the customs will issue inspection and quarantine certificates or customs clearance documents in accordance with regulations, and the enterprise will use them to handle customs clearance procedures.
